All Cleanora products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy.

The warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly through cleannora.shop and covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

To help us process your warranty request, please provide:

• Photos or videos showing the issue, when applicable
• Any other information reasonably required to evaluate the warranty claim

Warranty Claim Review

After receiving your warranty request, Cleanora will review the information provided and may request additional details, photos, videos, or other documentation to determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

If the claim is approved, Cleanora may, at its discretion and as appropriate for the circumstances, provide a replacement product, replacement part, repair, or refund.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer and remains valid for 3 years, subject to the exclusions and conditions described in this policy.

The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Proof of Purchase

A valid Cleanora order number or other reasonable proof of purchase may be required before warranty service can be provided.
